Our recently built Holiday Home accommodation is furnished to a very high standard.
Rooms are very spacious and include a Large Kitchen/Dining room complete with breakfast bar, equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave etc. The living room lounge contains relaxing sofas, Solid fuel stove, Smart TV.
Master Bedroom is En suite and contains its own walk in wardrobe, 3 other Bedrooms (1 on ground floor/entrance level) are very spacious with integrated wardrobes providing ample storage, Main Bathroom contains twin Vanity unit, WC and large Jacuzzi bath. Bathroom 2 with WC, wash hand basin and double shower.
This house to rent in Glengarriff, West Cork is central heated and contains a fully equipped Utility room. Rear of house opens out to large decking c/w garden furniture and BBQ. Pets are welcome but by arrangement only.
Thank you to Imelda and family for the hire of their 4 bedroom, Island view house, that we hired for 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Years period. Our daughter was getting married in Glengarriff, which the house was a the perfect location for the Eccles Hotel, Church and Town all within a few minutes walk.
Imelda and her husband, met us on arrival and welcomed us. Nothing was a problem. Even decorated the house with a christmas tree and a welcome basket with all the bare essentials and lots of extras in the cupboard.
The house was large and spacious, which was grately appreciated during the wedding prep and family coming and going over the 2 weeks. All appliances and essentials worked perfectly with the heating filling the house quickly during the cold winter evenings.
We had a small issue with the oven one evening, but Imelda was straight in to help and fix it offering assistance and even providing us with extra trays and what not when company arrived.
Their beautiful house, served us all perfectly well and we couldn't have asked for more. Wishing you and your family, continued success with the holiday home and business and will definitely return in the near future.
We have stayed with Imelda for a few years running now and neither her hospitable self or her beautiful house never fail to disappoint. Upon arrival Imelda is sure to be out at the car door to warmly greet us and eager for us to be settled in after a long drive from Dublin. She always leaves a few necessities for us to get our first night underway saving us a further trip to the shops. The house is sure to be immaculately clean with all facilities maintained and fit for purpose. This accommodation is ideal for families - this year we brought our new born and my aging father who loves use of the downstairs bedroom. Situated behind the historic Eccles Hotel we often stroll 3mins to the famous venue to dine but for nights where we feel like staying in, we fuel up the decking bbq and take in the sights of Glenfarrif Bay. There is plenty of room in this house to share but also enough when you need personal space; to read a book and chill out. Overall I can't fault it-from location to facilities and Imeldas natural hospitable nature I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough and I'm already looking forward to our next stay!We had a fabulous stay in Island view holiday home in Glengarriff - it was modern spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and Imelda even left a welcome basket for us on arrival and as that was late at night we already felt at home. The house is located only a few minutes walk from the restaurants/ pubs and is a really great location.
It is a 4 bedroomed house with one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which was very convenient for my parents as they find it difficult to go up and down stairs.
The property is well built and maintained to a high standard
We really enjoyed our stay in Glengarriff and will definitely return.
